FAQs

How are you different from other nutrition coaches?

What sets me apart in this field is the way in which I teach my clients about how to attain and sustain, long term weight loss. I started my life as an overweight child and teenager, and through my own research, education, and even trial and error, I have perfected a lifestyle that I am able to maintain for many years now. This is the method I have also taught to hundreds of women.

When clients come to me for help, they have usually tried every fad diet, meal plan, and weight-loss strategy, and even if they have managed to lose the weight once, they always end up regaining it. Instead of giving them another diet that will eventually fail them, I teach them how and why they should be eating a certain way for their lifestyle and body type, and I empower them to continue on this journey for years to come.

What does fitness mean to me?

🏋️‍♂️Fitness is not about a short term goal or a quick fix. It's not about signing up for a gym just to shed weight for a particular event, and then abandon I as soon as the event is over, It is not about just wanting to be skinny, and then forgetting about your workouts and health as soon as you hit your goal weight.

💪Fitness is about wanting to be healthy, fit, strong, and to improve your overall mental and physical health.

🏋️‍♀️Fitness is about adhering to your workouts and healthy lifestyle over the course of a lifetime, even if every day is not perfect. It's about getting right back on track if you fall off for a few days or even a few weeks.

💪Fitness means so much more to me than simply working out. It is a lifestyle that teaches you disciple, responsibility and gives you the control to determine the direction of your own life and health, rather than surrendering to chance.
